Ketha “Wendigo”

art direction / cover artwork / logo / merch / video

A portrait of humanity as its own worst enemy. Inspired by the Wendigo myth, the artwork depicts a species consumed by an insatiable hunger: destroying the very world it depends on.

I kept the setup pretty simple: a lamp with a spherical shape to mimic a burning Earth, a single overhead light, and a few selfies.

The biggest challenge was getting into position before the shutter fired — unfortunately, I couldn’t figure out how to trigger it remotely from my phone with a delay longer than three seconds. After that, it was just a bit of Photoshop magic. The original photos required very little retouching or filtering — apart from, obviously, adding the flames. 🔥
